Let's get your operations unstuck.
You're here because something isn't working the way it should. Maybe it's your systems, your processes, your team structure — or all of the above.
I help CEOs and founders fix what's broken, build what's missing, and get their operations running the way they imagined when they started.
Here's how we can work together.
Every engagement begins with a Clarity Call.
No exceptions. No skipping ahead. Before we talk about projects, retainers, or scope — we talk.
15 minutes. No pitch. Just a real conversation to understand where you are, what's getting in the way, and whether I can help.
Here's how it works

How I Work
Before we talk about packages, here's what you should know about working with me:
I do the work.
I don't hand off to junior staff or offshore teams. When you hire me, you get me — in the meetings, in the systems, working alongside your team.
I stay until it's working.
Most consultants deliver a report and disappear. I implement, train, and stick around until the solution is actually running without me.
I tell you the truth.
Even when it's uncomfortable. If something isn't going to work, I'll say so. If you're the bottleneck, I'll tell you that too.
I need you to follow through.
I can't help people who ask for advice and then ignore it. If you give me the reins, I'll deliver results. But you have to be ready to act.
The Problems I Solve
I work with companies that are stuck in one of these situations:
"We've outgrown how we operate."
You scaled fast and now everything feels duct-taped together. Systems don't talk to each other. Your team is buried in manual work. What got you here won't get you to the next level.
"We tried to fix it ourselves and made it worse."
You bought software that was supposed to solve everything. It didn't. Now you have a half-implemented CRM, workflows no one follows, and a team that's lost trust in "the new system."
"We need leadership we can't afford full-time."
You need someone at the VP or COO level to set direction and drive execution. But you're not ready (or able) to make a $300K+ hire. You need a fractional operator who can step in and lead.
"Our consultants delivered a report, not results."
You've hired smart people before. They gave you a beautiful slide deck, charged you a fortune, and left you to figure out the hard part. You're done paying for advice you have to implement yourself.
"Our field operations are inefficient and we don't know why."
Routes haven't been optimized in years. Technicians are crisscrossing territories. Service windows are getting missed. You're burning fuel, hours, and customer goodwill — but you can't see where the problem actually is.
"We know we need AI or better software — but we don't know where to start."
Everyone's talking about AI. Your competitors are modernizing. You know you need to do something, but you don't want to waste money on hype or tools your team won't use.
Engagement Options
The Clarity Call
This is where every engagement starts. No exceptions.
A quick conversation to understand where you are and whether I can help. No pitch, no pressure — just a real read on your situation and honest advice on next steps.
Best for: Anyone who wants to talk through a challenge and see if we're a fit.
Why me: Most consultants use discovery calls to pitch. I use them to listen. You'll leave with clarity on your situation and honest advice — whether or not we end up working together. No pressure, no games.
Book a Clarity CallExecution Sprint
A focused engagement to solve a specific, well-defined problem. We scope it tight, I execute alongside your team, and we get it done.
- Process redesign for a specific department or workflow
- Field service evaluation — route optimization, territory restructuring, service delivery analysis
- SOP development and team training
- Operational audit with implementation roadmap
- Team restructure or role clarity project
- Vendor evaluation and selection
Best for: Companies with a clear problem that needs focused attention — not ongoing leadership.
Deliverables: Defined at kickoff based on your situation. Always includes implementation and training, not just recommendations.
Why me: I've spent 20 years solving exactly these problems — messy processes, broken handoffs, field teams running inefficient routes. I don't study your operation from a distance; I get in the middle of it, work alongside your team, and make sure the fix actually sticks before I leave.
Let's discuss your projectImplementation Partnership
You're rolling out new systems — CRM, ERP, routing, service platforms, AI tools — and you need someone who's done this before. I help you select the right tools, manage the implementation, train your team, and make sure it actually sticks.
- Requirements gathering and vendor evaluation
- Implementation oversight (I stay hands-on, not just "advisory")
- Workflow design and system configuration
- Team training and change management
- Post-launch support until adoption is solid
Best for: Companies modernizing their tech stack who don't want to repeat the expensive mistakes most implementations become.
Why me: I've led major system rollouts — CRM, routing, telephony, service platforms — for a national operation. And I've been on the receiving end of bad implementations that cost hundreds of thousands to fix. I know what good looks like, and I know how to avoid the traps.
Let's discuss your implementationFractional Leadership
I embed with your company as a fractional COO, VP of Operations, or Director of Customer Experience — whatever title fits your org chart. I set direction, build systems, run the operating rhythm, and drive execution across your team.
We define a monthly hour commitment based on your needs and complexity. Minimum engagement is 3 months — enough time to get traction. Standard engagements run 6 months for best results, with the flexibility to scale up or extend as needed.
- Regular leadership cadence (weekly/biweekly syncs, team meetings, exec check-ins)
- Strategic planning and operational goal-setting
- Systems and process design
- Cross-functional alignment and problem-solving
- Team development and coaching
- Vendor and partner management
- Whatever else falls in the "operations" bucket
Part of my job is to make myself replaceable. When you're ready to bring on a permanent hire, I can help design the role, define what success looks like, and onboard your new leader so the transition is seamless. You handle recruiting — I help make sure the person you hire is set up to win.
Best for: Companies that need senior operational leadership but aren't ready for a full-time executive hire — or want to build the function before they hire someone permanent.
Why me: I've built and led national operations from the ground up — customer service centers, field teams, multi-system tech stacks. I know what it takes to run an operation, not just advise on one. When I step in as your fractional exec, I'm not learning on your dime. I'm applying two decades of hard-won experience to move your business forward.
Learn more about Fractional LeadershipWhat I Don't Do
Transparency matters. Here's what's outside my scope:
I focus on operations, not customer acquisition
Happy to work with your CFO or fractional finance lead
I can help with org design, not legal
I don't do advisory-only engagements
If you need something outside my wheelhouse, I'll tell you and point you to someone who can help
Pricing Philosophy
I don't publish rates because every engagement is different. But here's how I think about pricing:
I'm not the cheapest option.
If you're looking for the lowest bid, I'm not your guy. I price for the value I deliver and the depth of my involvement.
I don't nickel-and-dime.
I quote a price and stick to it. I'm not going to surprise you with add-ons or charge you for every email.
I structure for outcomes, not hours.
For sprints and implementations, we agree on scope and deliverables. For fractional work, we agree on a monthly hour commitment based on what you need.
I'll tell you if it doesn't make sense.
If your budget doesn't fit what you need, I'll be honest about it. Sometimes that means scoping down. Sometimes it means I'm not the right fit right now.
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you start?
If you need help now, I'm here. Availability depends on my current client load, but I keep capacity open for new engagements. For sprints and implementations, we can usually kick off within 2-4 weeks. Fractional engagements take a bit more planning to scope properly. The Clarity Call will give us both a clear picture of timing.
Do you work on-site or remote?
Most of my work is remote — designing systems, building processes, and leading virtually. That said, some things are better done in person: employee interviews, team workshops, leadership alignment sessions.
For Southern California clients, on-site work is easy to arrange. For West Coast and Southwest engagements, I'm happy to come to you — travel is billed separately. For clients outside those regions, we make remote work well, with on-site visits as needed for key moments.
What industries do you work with?
I'm industry-agnostic, but I thrive in service-based businesses — especially those with field operations, logistics, customer support, or high-touch service delivery. If your business depends on teams executing consistently across locations or accounts, we'll likely be a good fit.
What size companies do you work with?
Typically SMBs up to about 1,000 employees, and mid-market companies that need fractional leadership. My fees are what they are — if you're a very early-stage startup with no budget, we're probably not a fit yet.
How long do engagements typically last?
Sprints: 4-12 weeks. Implementations: 3-6 months. Fractional leadership: 6-18 months (3-month minimum). But honestly, most of my clients stick around longer than planned because we keep finding ways to move the needle.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's exactly what the Clarity Call is for. There are a lot of ways I can help — but we need to talk first to figure out what makes sense for your situation. 15 minutes, no commitment. We'll get clarity on what's going on and whether I'm the right person to help.
Do you offer other types of engagements?
Yes. Custom engagements — including shorter advisory sessions to evaluate what's going on and give you direction — can be arranged in the right circumstances. Not every situation fits neatly into a package. If you have something specific in mind, bring it up on the Clarity Call and we'll figure out if there's a way to make it work.
